|Printing and Garments
Aside from customer service, our highest priority is quality control. All our shirts are personally examined for defects. We have tested and chosen the highest quality cotton shirts that do not degrade through washes and maintain their size and fit. They are comfortable and intuitively fit most people. Our shirts are professionally screen printed and raised to the touch. Like the shirts, these do not fade, stretch or tear through washes and provide an unparallel clarity and crispness. The shirt and print quality we provide our customers goes beyond the norm and this is why we accept all returns no questions asked.
How do you compare to sites like Cafepress and other online stores?
The most important and glaring difference between us and other online stores is we screen print everything. We do absolutely no digital printing, heat transfers or dye sublimation. With the advent of large online bulk printing companies such as Cafepress there is now a saturation of low quality products being sold that look very nice on screen but look terrible on garment.
Screen printing is the only method of printing that lasts for years, has clear vibrant colors, and most importantly is professional. Garments from boutique companies such as FCUK and Armani Exchange are all screen printed, just like everything at Ice Cold T-Shirts.
It is absolutely crucial for online consumers who cannot see or touch their products to ensure that they are receiving the quality they expect.
What about your garment sizes?
Our shirts are all described on the product page once they are chosen. Most of our styles are universally applicable and unless otherwise stated, if a medium generally fits you then our mediums should fit you as well.
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. All our credit card payments are received through a secure encrypted SSL connection.
We almost always ship within 3-5 business days. If there is an unnecessary delay we may contact you to let you know and even provide you with expedited shipping or a partial refund on your order. You will be automatically contacted via e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, it takes between 5-10 working days in North America and within 10-15 days for international customers. Once it leaves our hands we have no control over the speed of delivery.
Is there tracking information available?
Currently our standard shipping method does not provide us with tracking information.
What are your shipping costs?
Once you pick your items and proceed to the final payment page you will receive the shipping cost for your order. Depending on your order and location, your shipping cost will vary. Our shipping costs are set by the postal service.
I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?
The most efficient way to keep you updated is via our comment interface that is attached to your order. If there are any updates that explain a possible delay they will be located there. When any updates are added, you are automatically notified via e-mail. Generally once your order is shipped it is recommended to take into consideration possible delays at customs, or other unforeseen reasons why the parcel may take longer to reach you than expected. We have experienced delivery time of up to 2 to 3 weeks for North American customers and between 3 weeks to over a month for international customers. Unfortunately, Ice Cold T-Shirts has no control over this.
Shipping tip to our International customers (outside North America)
For some international customers it is cheaper to ship 2 shirts in two orders rather than ship them both in the same order. This is arbitrated by our postal service and so we have no control over it. As a result of this, we suggest you see if splitting your order up into multiple orders will reduce your overall shipping cost.
When checking out and on your final payment page, you may elect to have a gift invoice sent with your order which will exclude any billing amounts. Additionally, you may include a personalized letter that will be included with your gift invoice. There is no charge for this service.
Coupons and Subscription
When you sign up (or edit your account) you can choose to subscribe or un-subscribe to receive notifications from us. We only send you pertinent information including promotional coupons and new shirts.
We accept any and all returns within 30 days of the shipping date for orders in North America and within 45 days for our international customers. In order to process a refund or exchange, the shirts must be un-worn and un-washed. You must contact us prior to shipping your order back to us so that we may confirm your refund and expedite processing your credit once it is returned. If your order is unreasonably delayed, you may contact us to request a refund past the time limits mentioned above. Shipping is non-refundable.
